Constitution Gathering 1

In-Person

Get your voice heard! The Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw Constitution will impact our community for generations to come. That’s why it’s so important for all of us to share our thoughts and help shape it.

The in-person meeting will be held at Totem Hall and Chief Joe Mathias Centre. Discussion topics will include who we are as a nation, our territorial rights, and the values and principles that matter most to Sḵwx̱wú7mesh stélmex. Dinner will be served at 5:00pm and the meeting will start at 6:00pm.

Please RSVP so we can make sure there’s enough food for everyone. All Sḵwx̱wú7mesh People are welcome, but signing up helps us plan for food and seating.

We’re so excited to work with you on this historic project. Sign up now!

Wellness support will be provided at both in-person locations for those who want it. Child-minding (ages 4+) and transportation will be provided for anyone who needs it.
